September 28, 2026 Daily Card: 172 Decisions Later, We’re Back at 100%
September has now produced 172 settled BrownBagBets decisions and the investment account sits almost exactly where it began, actually $1 above its starting balance. That means enormous wagering volume, a 57.0% win rate and potentially meaningful sportsbook loyalty value without sacrificing principal. Three betting days remain. Monday brings only two positions, but one receives our largest conviction: Eagles -3 on Monday Night Football in Chicago.
September 27, 2026 Daily Card: 101% Bankroll and a 35% NFL Sunday Board
Saturday moved the September bankroll from 90% to 101% with a 7-2 day. Sunday gets none of that capital by default. Instead, another deep board independently survived the research: 16 positions and 35% total allocation across NFL and MLB, including 13 NFL expressions. Yesterday changed the bankroll. It did not change the standard.
September 26, 2026 Daily Card: A 28% Saturday Board at the Lowest Point of September
Friday finished 2-3 and moved September to a 90% standardized bankroll, its lowest point of the month. Saturday does not answer that drawdown with a recovery card. It brings 11 independently qualified positions and 28% total allocation because a massive NCAAF slate produced nine plays, led by Oregon-USC Over 60, Ole Miss +3.5 and JMU -5.
September 25, 2026 Daily Card: 93% Bankroll, Five Friday Positions and No Change in Process
September reaches its lowest bankroll point at 93% after a 4-4 Thursday, but the underlying story is more nuanced: NCAAF went 1-0, NFL went 3-2 and the two MLB losses carried enough allocation to drag the portfolio lower. Friday brings five positions and 12% total allocation, led by California +2, a Jackson Jobe strikeout prop and three late-season MLB positions. The bankroll changed. The process did not.
September 24, 2026 Daily Card: 99% Bankroll, Thursday Night Football and 15% Across Three Sports
Wednesday sent September back to 99% after a 1-3 MLB night. Thursday answers with eight positions and 15% total allocation across NCAAF, NFL and MLB. Liberty gets the moneyline instead of the spread after a deeper SCAN improved the market expression, while Falcons-Packers produces five related positions and 9% of total bankroll exposure.
September 23, 2026 Daily Card: Hump Day at 103% With Four MLB Positions
We cashed a 3-1 MLB Tuesday and move the September bankroll back to 103% as Hump Day arrives. Today’s board stays entirely in baseball with four positions and 7% total allocation, including two run lines, a Pittsburgh moneyline and a plus-money First Five Under at Fenway. The camel made the page too.
September 22, 2026 Daily Card: Back to 99%, Five MLB Positions and the Hidden Value of Disciplined Volume
BrownBagBets enters September 22 at a 99% bankroll with five MLB positions totaling 12% allocation, led by Phillies ML at 4%.
September 21, 2026 Daily Card: 102% Bankroll and Three Monday Night Football Positions
Sunday delivered an 8-4 card and moved September from 99% to 102% as BrownBagBets enters the final third of the month. Monday slows down everywhere except Monday Night Football, where the Giants visit the Rams and three positions emerge from one competitive-game thesis: Giants +7.5, Cam Skattebo rushing yards and a conditional Puka Nacua reception position.
September 20, 2026 Daily Card: 99% Bankroll, City Opens a Massive NFL Sunday
Saturday finished 5-4 and moved September to a 99% bankroll, with NCAAF going 4-3, EPL 1-0 and MLB 0-1. Sunday now begins with Manchester City -1.5 before one of the largest NFL boards of the month is finalized. The early card is live now. The rest of Sunday still has to earn its place.
September 19, 2026 Daily Card: Back to 100% With a 10 Position Saturday
Friday finished 4-5 and returned September’s standardized bankroll to exactly 100%. Houston +8 converted while the smaller +260 outright win expression fell short, and MLB finished 3-4. Nothing needs to be recovered Saturday. A completely new board has produced 10 positions and 22% allocation across NCAAF, EPL and MLB, with eight college football positions accounting for 17%.
