September 24, 2026 Daily Card: 99% Bankroll, Thursday Night Football and 15% Across Three Sports
99%. Thursday Changes the Board Again.
Wednesday was straightforward:
1-3 across four MLB positions.
The September bankroll moves from 103% back to 99%.
That makes the last week of the month look different.
It does not make today's wagers more important.
And today's board is materially different from Wednesday's anyway.
We move from an all-MLB card into three sports:
NCAA Football,
Thursday Night Football,
and two late-season baseball positions.
Eight total positions.
Fifteen percent of standardized bankroll allocation.
The headline is not that we need Thursday to recover Wednesday.
The headline is that the research found a very different opportunity set.
Still one point below reset. Still plenty of month left.
Eight positions. Fifteen percent.
Liberty improved without the spread improving.
Liberty ML
This is a useful SCAN progression because the deeper work did not tell us to suddenly love Liberty -2.5.
Instead, it clarified the better expression: remove the margin requirement.
Liberty's passing game has been efficient, its pass defense directly attacks Coastal's most productive offensive area, and its third-down profile is stronger on both sides of the ball.
The important question becomes: which team is more likely to sustain enough possessions to finish ahead?
That question fits the moneyline more cleanly than the spread.
The football thesis improved. The market expression improved with it.
Five positions. Nine percent. One game environment.
Atlanta Falcons at Green Bay Packers
Tucker Kraft Over 45.5 Receiving Yards
Jayden Reed's absence changes Green Bay's receiving structure. When Reed exited last week, Kraft's route participation increased to 84% and he played nearly every offensive snap.
Atlanta has also shown vulnerability against tight ends, allowing 12 catches on 13 targets for 114 yards through the early sample.
The case is increased opportunity meeting a defense that has already struggled against the same position.
Atlanta Falcons +7
Atlanta's early offense has been damaged heavily by quarterback play. Michael Penix returns and gives the offense a materially different structure.
Green Bay also enters with offensive line issues, an offense that managed only 199 yards against the Jets, and a rushing game that has struggled.
At a full seven, we are not asking Atlanta to prove it is suddenly the better team. We are asking whether quarterback improvement plus Green Bay's current offensive limitations make a one-score game materially more plausible.
Atlanta / Green Bay Under 43.5
Green Bay has been excellent defensively, particularly against the run, while its own offense has not shown the kind of efficiency required to force a high-scoring environment.
Atlanta's defense has also suppressed rushing production well. That creates a credible path toward a lower-possession, lower-efficiency game even if Penix improves Atlanta's offense.
Drake London Over 64 Receiving Yards
London's early production has been dragged down by Atlanta's quarterback instability. With Penix, his target share and yards-per-attempt environment have historically improved materially.
Green Bay has already shown vulnerability to high-end receiving production, which gives London a plausible path to a rebound performance.
Atlanta Team Total Over 16.5
Atlanta has not reached the red zone yet and has averaged only eight points per game. That sounds like a reason to stay away.
The point of this wager is that the quarterback environment changes. Penix has historically produced a materially higher Atlanta scoring rate than the current Cooper Rush and Jack Strand offense.
We only need Atlanta to reach 17. That can coexist with the Under if Green Bay's own offense remains constrained.
Kraft is largely a Green Bay receiving-role bet. Atlanta +7, London and the Atlanta team total share the Penix-return thesis. The Under overlaps with both teams' current offensive limitations and defensive strength.
We therefore treat the full 9% as shared game exposure rather than pretending each wager lives on an island.
Home finale. Home split. Modest threshold.
Pete Crow Armstrong 2+ Total Bases
The Cubs close their regular-season home schedule today, and Crow Armstrong's home-road split provides the more useful piece of the case.
He is hitting above .300 at home compared with .253 on the road.
Two total bases does not require multiple hits. A single extra-base hit can clear the position.
We are using a market that fits the type of offensive production the home split suggests.
Seattle gets the run line because Woo's home profile creates the margin path.
Seattle Mariners -1.5
Bryan Woo makes his final start of the regular season in the environment where he has been dramatically better.
Woo enters 8-1 with a 2.36 home ERA, compared with a 5.22 ERA on the road.
His September form has also been excellent: 3-0 with a 1.42 ERA across four starts.
The Angels enter from the other direction, having lost 11 of the last 12 Grayson Rodriguez starts.
The run line asks more than a Seattle victory, but the plus-money price compensates us for accepting the additional margin requirement.
Woo's home current condition gives Seattle the cleanest path toward creating that separation.
99%. Eight positions. Three sports.
Wednesday moved the bankroll backward.
Thursday does not exist to fix Wednesday.
The board simply changed.
One college football position.
Five Thursday Night Football expressions.
Two MLB positions.
Fifteen percent total allocation.
